voice not going in loudspeaker mode during calling

In my samsung m31 voice not going during voice caaling in loudspeaker mode

It could be a mic problem.You can contact to your near service center

I can record my own voice using voice recorder as well as using camera video mode.

I am also facing same issues with my S9+

kindly check a hole in front side of body and clear it

so, you should try different service provider for calling

it is not a problem with service provider, this is happening after dec updated

In Loudspeaker mode even if you speak going close to the mic the person on the other side is not been able to hear what you're saying?

Actually, in Loudspeaker mode maintaining a limited distance from the mic is okay but if you speak from too far from the mic then this thing is obvious.
