because Samsung have too many series, segment, softwares, models compare to oneplus
and not only Samsung all companies who have so many series of mobile all are late
but Samsung provide their premium segment at right time

I've update my Samsung A7 with Android 10, and 2 weeks ago I got the notification for software update of android pie. Did anyone got the same update?
