New A21s, and I have noticed that random moments, keyboard will type on it's own, my fingers are not near screen or I will see my phone go into a web site and I do not have my phone in my hands, or on Netflix it will randomly skip forward or backwards on it's own. What can be the problem or how do I fix this. I do not notice any scratches or dust on screen that has lodged itself between screen and protector. Please help. Thank you
