Yes. It shows the current screen resolution of the device which is setting up.

Yes you can go to settings in display
scroll down to screen reso option and it'll be highlighted there

Simple, just take a screenshot in any kind of Samsung devices then go to the details of the image (screenshot) taken & then find out your device's screen resolution.
