Exp was good only until you plan to return or reject the delivery. If you plan to reject or return than don't order from Samsung shop. Better go for Amazon

when you order from any site the experience will be similar only. The difference will be what price you get and add ons you get like cashback or freebies.

I bot several items via the store.. Except for a fact that the delivery is not within a day for certain areas, I have had no issues.
Even the products i received were all good n never had a reason to return any..
