My GalaxyRecently brought galaxy m31,month back I am facing intermittent call connection issue with the device.
Sorry to say, this phone is not serving the basic purpose. Quality is not great and this is not expected from samsung brand.
Call connection issues:
1. When I call, the other person can't hear me. They can hear if I connect to headphone or disconnect the call and dial them.
2. Another person can't hear in the middle of the call conversation.
3. Sometimes when I pick the call, all the button in the screen gets disabled and only disconnect/End call button will get enabled and but there won't be any connection.
4. Sometimes 4g connection get disconnected automatically, but my partner phone which is a different brand will have full connectivity and she is not facing any of the above problems.
These issues are not happening with other phones which are using the same network. This is not a network/service provider issue.
