Quick panel layout missing

Hi.., I'm using Samsung galaxy A50 and i don't have the option Quick panel layout in my device. 

I can't find anywhere. How to add the option?

then don't know why....because after android 10 update...button grid change option removed...only quick panel layout is there ..in our device
