My Galaxy
Hello, I have a Galaxy C9 Pro with me. Recently I had wiped out my Samsung cloud data as it was getting full and I wanted to store only specific images.
After wiping all the data, I had tried to backup my device again but it kept giving the error message - 'Could not authenticate your Samsung account'.
Also, in the Samsung cloud app, it gave the error that it could not load data. I don't know what is happening here. I tried removing the account and restarting and adding the account again, but in vain.
Please help as I could lose all my data if there would be no backup.
