The app crashes drastically.tried unistall/install,cleaned cache,cookies etc nogo.still the same.not able to open the app in my A80 mobile...error message on screen.have attached screenshot for reference

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

* Check after rebooting your device.
