Sir today I had gone to samsung service centre in thane west as there was problem in phone they told me call & take appointment & come but ther phone was continuously busy as I need to get phone repair urgently as all my business contacts & data is on phone they talk so rudely as if they don't need cosmter we need them this is not done

ok sent feedback to samsung from members apps also tell this kind answer given by service center and covid situation may be they told you take appointments and all just sent feedback to samsung they help slove your problem
