From last 2 months...play store NOT working properly...i tried every procedure is bt it fails..then finally i do factory reset and now it works properly...
Issues is.. 1) App r not updating...it show a error..CANT INSTALL... 2) App getting downloded 99% and after all again it get restarted from 1% to 100%.. 3) some apps are getting updated like Facebook...and Google apps but not others...
But the main problem is after factory DATA RESET...all apps are updating without any issue...
I format my mobile 2 times and then again it happen ...then finally i called customer service of samsung and install samsung tutor....but still the agent was helpless and told me to visit samsung gallery.....
SO HELP ME SOLVE THIS WITHOUT MAKING MY DATA FORMAT...Or else replace my mobile and launch a complaint in Consumer Forum..
1) Go to Smart Switch 2) Back up Your Data @ Memory Card 3) I think it's Software issue, So go to Samsung Store & update Software 4) If your Problem not Solve with doing this all things then it's motherboard's issue, So go to Service Center, they will Solve this Problem...
