Hi there,

Currently, the Wi-Fi calling facility is available with Airtel and Jio network providers in India.

To use this feature your phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network and have an active/Wi-Fi calling supported SIM card inserted.

You can drag down the notification panel to check the availability of this feature in your phone. This feature can also be found by following the “Phone app < Three dots < Settings < Wi-Fi calling”.

Kindly once also coordinate with the network service provider.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

Hi,

I am also facing same issue. My mobile is samsung M31s.

1. My phone has wifi calling option

2. I am Airtel user(4G supported), it supports wifi calling

3. I have enabled wifi calling in settings and notification bar. FYI, I have enabled VoLTE also.

Even though all are enabled, I don't see Wifi calling in dialer.

I have taken below troubleshooting steps but still its not working , I am unable to see Wifi calling in dialer.

1. Updated software(its updated)

2. Settings>General Management>Reset settings>Reset

3. Settings>General Management>Reset Network Settings>Reset

@Samsung Please suggest a solution
