• Cases with magnetic closures or clasps can cause interference with S Pen recognition.
Please perform following steps to resolve the S-pen issue:
• Reset the S pen( Settings>advanced feature>S pen>three dots> reset S pen)
• Try to check the S pen with another compatible device
• Perform Reset Settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings)
• Sometimes 3rd party apps may also cause the issue so check your device in Safe mode
• If issue is still not resolved then create data backup and reset the device
