I bought phone recently and phone is under warranty  paper. So,my phone is damage right now n I have done bajaj Alliance  EMI and said 100% Guaranteed if anything  happen like shrink in water n cracked led screen etc...
 So now I am waiting  from few months  ago...and mount is continuing deduction for  account  and what about claimed responsibility. 
Plz help me

In case of any damage or misuse of the product detected by Samsung authorised service centre personnel , the warranty conditions are not applicable and repair will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only. You may check the warranty terms and conditions by this link- https://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/.  Please raise the insurance claim for warranty of your device from third party as they have granted you the insurance the time of purchase.
