Multi Screen Activation

Can any one help me to activate multi screen or split screen on my Galaxy Tab S4 running with android pie?

Bro, click on recent apps button, then click on small app icon.

There is no option for multitab in android pie....it was on nougat and oreo....you can only use apps in smart pop-up view in small size
