I own a Galaxy A50, currently under warranty. Recently, I got the new android 10 update. But it caused serious issues. Even at normal temperature and without heating, it alerts me of overheating and stops charging. Neither can I use any apps at that time.
I tried the safe mode and charging with phone off. But no good. It's very difficult to charge the phone and use any apps, despite the phone being cool.
Anyone else having similar issues would suggest this is a bug. If it's only me, then the thermal sensor might be broken.
Is there any option other than factory reset.

You can disable fast charging and try. But I feel that factory reset is the only option or visit the nearest service center for reflashing the OS.
