We understand that while attempting to redeem the 12-month Amazon Prime voucher, you received a message indicating that the voucher had already been downloaded; however, it is not appearing in the “My Vouchers” section within the Samsung Members application. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To help resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:
- Refresh the Samsung Members application
- Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache, then reopen the Samsung Members app and check Benefits > My Vouchers again.
- Confirm that you are signed in with the correct Samsung Account
- Open the Samsung Members app and verify that you are logged in with the Samsung Account used when accessing the offer.
- Update the Samsung Members application
- Ensure the app is updated to the latest version through the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
- Restart your device and check again
- After restarting the device, open Samsung Members > Benefits > My Vouchers to see if the voucher appears.
