Amazon Prime voucher not showing

I'm trying to redeem the 12 month free subscription of Amazon Prime but when I was about to download the voucher, it says that the voucher was already downloaded on my phone. Then checked the 'my vouchers' and it was not there. Don't know how to recover the voucher. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ohh, I guess you need to raise issue with Samsung Support.

I hope you are trying to redeem from same Samsung account in Members app from which you have also ordered S26 Ultra.

May be try reinstalling Members app and check again.

To help resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Refresh the Samsung Members application
  2. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage.
  3. Tap Clear Cache, then reopen the Samsung Members app and check Benefits > My Vouchers again.
  4. Confirm that you are signed in with the correct Samsung Account
  5. Open the Samsung Members app and verify that you are logged in with the Samsung Account used when accessing the offer.
  6. Update the Samsung Members application
  7. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version through the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
  8. Restart your device and check again
  9. After restarting the device, open Samsung Members > Benefits > My Vouchers to see if the voucher appears.
