camera hanging in M30s

I bought this mobile 4 month back now started hanging.. camera doesn't open using default app.

Need to restart again and again to open camera.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).

2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.
4- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > Samsung member app > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

5- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
