Dear  all ,

After update android 10 in my Samsung galaxy device had some problems found, my handshet automatically Restart and long time to wait for switch on, it's really painful for me, and accordingly it's not expected from Samsung.  Please resolve this issue

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Yes Dear.
after may and & june security patch update my problem is resolved. till now no further issue detected. at present i am really happy for this update.

my problem is that my phone is automatically switching off showing Samsung logo in middle with dark background it is occurring for 2-3 minutes and then it get automatically open again , how to resolve this issue please suggest something

actually I order this phone on July 1 and get this on 11July it is showing that phone is up to date ! Today after this problem occur I off auto start option as suggested by samsung after that It is going good but I want a permanent solution
My security Patch is of 1 April when I will get may-June patch update ?

no till no problem found, auto restart issue already resolved after security patch updated. i suggest you please visite Samsung service center
