M31S restarts then never starts back

It reatarts for fun, for even doing the basic jobs like turning screen on. Has enough space, total apps are bare minimum as well.

Downgrading is possible. But if we do any mistake, device will brick.
It's recommended to downgrade firmware at service center.

It isn't possible due to "anti-rollback protection".

That's what most service centre staff says when asked to install an older version.
If someone tries to, will end up bricking the entire device.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.

Yes My M31s too restats automatically at any time, even my 2010 acer laptop works good till now without any motherboard issue and this M31s piece of 1 year old losing its trust.
