So basically I am using this F62 as my secondary phone,I bought it when it was released, after android 13 update for some months the performance was as normal but from few months ago I am experiencing many issue,for example the phone screen would randomly turn off but I could receive calls and screen would work fine but screen would be black, I had to restart the phone many times to turn on the screen(around 9 to 10 times) and also the phone's screen has major issue after update like my phone is an amoled phone but the pixels won't completely turn offwhen I turn on the AOD or use the phone normally (the display was never changed,phone is not water damaged and also the phone is not heavily used) the update in 28 February 2024 fixed the screen going black issue still the issue where the pixels won't turn off didn't go away,i got the samsung store they checked the phone physically and there was no issues, this issue I believe is pretty common in F62 because one of my friend has the same phone he is also experiencing similar issue, tried booting the phone on safe mode but the issue is still there.

Expecting a fix from samsung

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also. Click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution.Thanks.

FACED SAME PROBLEM
GOT CHANGED THE DISPLAY WITH LOCAL DISPLAY

AS ORIGINAL DISPLAY COST IS 6000-7000 INR TOTAL
