Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
> Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).
> Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).
> Run the device in safe mode.
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
