Be assure below steps will help you to solve the issue regarding battery drinage:-
1) Perform Battery Optimisation:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory,
2) If issue has not been resolved then turn off bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, NFC etc,
3) Kindly check whether mobile network fluctuates frequently or network signal is low in your area. In both cases battery will drain considerably fast.
4) Kindly set the device display brightness in auto mode (If available).
5) Screen timeout settings:- Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select minimum screen timeout.
For camera follow the below steps:-
1) Clear app cache through Device care :-Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.,
2) Clear cache memory of a particular application:- Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
If issue still persists kindly send us the error log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence.
Steps: Samsung member > get help > Error reports > Select Symptom > describe problem > Send.
