un able to open Play Store/ playstore is not working

Hi members,

I am unable to open the Play Stor, without playstore I'm unable to open gmail, YouTube and other apps also.

Even I have cleared the data and cache of the GOOGLE  play Stor also still it's not working.

So if any one any idea plz suggest me.
