Some of the app crashing after upgrade

On my phone some app crashing  woth error couldn't  connect  to internet  however  other  app working  from internet

 This happens after upgrade

Uninstall updates of Android web view.

That is done multiple time also factory reset my phone

I am also getting lots of problems after updating my galaxy m51 by ui 3.1. I am not able to open galaxy store apps and also not able to open properly to my galaxy store apps.

Its working back after phone restart
