HyderabadI'm Samsung M01 core user.
Why this mobile is taking nearly 5 hours to full charge??
Any solution is there?
Could you explain please..?

NOTE THAT SUPPLYING CURRENT (mA) OF THAT TIME
NOW CHANGE CABLE AND DO SAME AGAIN
NOW COMPARE BOTH CURRENT FLOW (mA)
IF YOU SEE BIG DIFFERENCE IN THAT
IF YOUR ORIGINAL CABLE CURRENT IS LOW THEN OTHER
THEN
CHANGE YOUR CABLE

We acknowledge your query and will assist you with it. As the device is taking a lot of time to charge the device. Please try to charge the device in safe mode. Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications. but it will clarify if the issue is with the device or with the third-party application.
Method 1:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Exit safe mode:
1. Press and hold volume down and power key for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart.
If the issue is not in safe mode, please perform the factory data reset. In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
