It's now showing incorrectly; in the notification bar it shows as per 12 hours format and not in 24 hours format.... Please do accept this as a solution if the above info is of any help....
Dear M30 Team, I am pretty much aware of changing the settings to 24hrs format but it doesn't work. timings is showing incorrect in the phone. see attached. now correct time is 05: 10 pm IST. please understand it's a phone issue. I changed / Reset the timings a lot but it didn't quite worked. can you please look into this ASAP.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
2- Settings > general management > date and time > set time manually and disable use 24 hour format option.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
