S10 Plus Front Camera Issue

Hi,

I've recently purchased S10 Plus and I noticed that my front camera (both) takes some weird pics like Over exposure, Saturated, Color washed out pics even if it's in Beauty or Non Beauty Mode. I tried resetting the settings but that doesn't seem to work either. I feel it's not normal and I guess it's manufacturing defect and when I got it checked in Service Center, they said it's normal but they were also confused by saying that the device does take some weird pics.

I want to you guys to have a look at the pics and please do let me know what's going on. If anyone of you have S10 Plus then please post your phone's selfie and send it here.

Pic 1:

In Pic 1, you can check on the cheeks that it's too saturated and colors are not accurate and it's too harsh and lighting condition in that room is that harsh at all.

Pic 2:

In this pic, you can notice on nose of this person and on his right cheek, there's some patch of some sort.

i am having the same issue bro. i checked out the forum..many people are facing the same problem. i guess its a software issue since not so many handsets can not have defective hardware. i think we should wait for samsung to acknowledge the problem and a software update.
i hope it works . super irritated by the no.1 phone they are offering.

wait for the software update buddy (although you can try resetting the app preferences).
