[Game Launcher] can't find the recording button on Game Booster.

 From the Android 10, screen recorder function for Game Booster is no longer supported on your device.

So, if you want to record Game screen, please use Screen recorder in quick panel.

① Swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom to open the Notification Panel and swipe the status bar downwards one more.

② Tap 'Screen recorder'.

③ After a 3 second countdown, your recording will start.

Note : screen recording feature is available on selected device's only.

If you're using navigation gestures then its now available use 3dots button.
This issues needs tobe fixed by Samsung

now screen recorder is device specific......before that option was there inside game launcher to record games ...but they removed it from game launcher app and gave separately as common screen recorder in specific devices
