Ui crashing

Is any one facing ui crashinh issues after recently upgrading sofware tobthe november pach 

This issue has started occuring on my galaxy flip 4 

It goes blank and turns on again after a few secods on trying the on off button and whe. It stastes the error shows samsunv ui not reponding close or wait 

Please can some one advice on this

That is a sad one. Spending good money on a phone and the end result is this not a good sign for samsung future
