Since you bought it from the UAE, you won't get call recording as it follows Euro policy. As for spam protection, there is a difference between the UAE and India.

As You Purchase It in UAE 🇦🇪 And Had Registered As A UAE Unit It Don't Have Call Recording Because The UAE Government Don't Allows Call Recording Due To Some Privacy Issue And UAE Government monitor spam passing through their networks.
