Incorrect Info on Weather App

Weather App on Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is showing incorrect information. It's heavily raining outside and the app shows ita cloudy. Surprisingly Android is having this bug on all the devices but Apple OS is showing absolutely accurate info.

Can Samsung Dev Team work on to resolve this issue on their devices?

But earlier it was AccuWeather which is accurate most of the time. Samsung and all Chinese shifted from AccuWeather to the weather channel.

@vk090909 True, they shifted but this app which is internationally recognized they are not updating for mobile users

@matinsarkar297 I agree but Samsung should take initiative to get the app corrected because it's the prime app which almost every single user uses.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. Open Settings >> Apps >> on the top right click on three dots >> Show system apps >> Weather >> Storage >> Clear Cache and clear data.
(Note: Clear data will erase all the app data)

2. Now, Add The weather app by following the steps below:
Go to Home screen >> Touch and hold >> Widgets >> Then touch and hold the desired Weather widget and place it on Home screens >> Tap on Weather Widget >> Use current location(Make sure location is ON) >> Tap OK.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Dear Team, I have already taken all the above mentioned steps after that I have started the above thread. I belive you guys need to look into the app synchronisation with the actual results.

Synchronisation is accurate, if you compare it from the weather channel website, but the weather channel does not providing accurate weather information, in Delhi when it was raining in the night 2 days ago only apple weather app was providing accurate information.
