My flip 3 is just on its second month of purchase and the hinge issue occurred the phone shakes at 160degree and above I handled the device at most care and still this happened I went to service center and they immediately accepted and initiated replacement for hinge display and battery then in a days time they asked me to come and collect the device but still the issue is there but not in the extent it was but I highlighted the same and they agreed will order for another spare and will get it changed in 2 days and this will resolve the issue completely I am 100% satisfied with the service but now scared about the durability and confused should I keep the device
