For the last several days, I am very worried about my Fold 5 phone which I bought from Dubai. I am facing a lot of problems due to lack of call recording facility in it. I contacted many places like local service centre in Kolkata, WhatsApp support, customer service number etc. but unfortunately I did not get any proper resolution from anywhere. It is with great sadness that I have to say that I did not expect such a poor level of service from an internationally renowned brand. Even on the phone call to customer care, I got the reply that the phone purchased in Dubai will not be serviced in India, you should contact the place from where you purchased it. By simply changing the CSC code XSG to INS in my phone or installing Maximum India's firmware, I will get all the features of this country. The customer should be provided with the phone facilities of the country in which he will be using the SIM. What does it mean no matter where you buy the phone, the hardware is the same.

Now I feel that all my money has been wasted by purchasing Samsung brand phone. Because I had shifted from iOS to Android only for the convenience of call recording, but had mistakenly thought that the service standard of Apple and Samsung would be the same. 

Sorry I have used some harsh word but I really got frustrated for not getting any proper response even after spending a big amount of Rs 1.65 lakhs to purchase the latest high end phone and not getting a simple call recording feature, which is almost available in Rs. 10k phone nowadays.

I am from India and bought fold 5 ten days ago in Dubai but it has neither warranty nor customer service in India. If a phone of the same brand is purchased from one country and product related support is not provided in another country then what could be worse than this. The policy of such company is very poor and useless.

Sorry to inform you this but dubai that is UAE MODELS do not have call recording options or feature. Please use it or exchange it for any other Samsung phone in India

Go to any store or Samsung cafe to exchange and buy an indian variant phone

I purchased s24 ultra from dubai and i want to change CNC to INS for call recording but i heard that after change CSC you can't get ota update so.
If you have any solution please let me know.
