Galaxy Z FoldAttempt to clear the app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Storage > Clear Cache.
Consider reinstalling the apps.
Optimize app performance: Navigate to Settings > Apps > Three dots menu > App preferences.
Report the issue: Open the Samsung Members app, go to Support > Error Reports > Category > Ensure "Send System Log Data" is enabled and choose the frequency.
