Worst experience ever since 12 years I am a loyal customer and only using Samsung mobile.
I bought my Samsung fold 4 from 6 month and the system is showing my phone inactive so they didn't allow me to buy Samsung care and now I should pay 1980 aed to fix my screen.
Kindly note that Samsung care+ is supposed t be activated within a limited timeline after purchasing the phone. Unfortunately, you can't activate it now.
