I sent my galaxy flip z to the service center in Dubai because of the sudden screen broken along the fold of my Galaxy Flip Z with less than a year. I’ve been reading in forums and YouTube videos that is very common that suddenly without any reasons the screen breaks along the fold, and this is what happened to me.
The service center keeps telling me that is my fault as there is a minor mark in the outside of the phone but as showed them a lot of people is having the same problem, it’s clearly a design issue that Samsung is not recognizing.
I am having the same problem. I feel for you. These things are a design fault and Samsung is not willing to cover this in warranty.
Additionally, they gave me free Samsung Care+ for 2 years for pre ordering the phone and guess what. According to their system it doesn't exist. For the fist time in many many years have been seriously disappointed with the after sales support from Samsung.
