Samsung stole money from me

I went on to Samsung's website last Tuesday to request a repair for my Galaxy Zflip 5, as the screen broke. I selected my service, put in my address, and card info. As soon as I hit submit, it told me my card was invalid. I double checked my numbers and the card still showed invalid. I went on to my banking app, and it shows that I was charged $216.50. I called support, and the transaction isn't visible on Samsung's end.I went to my bank and they told me that they can't do anything until the transaction posts/clears. It's been a week and it's still pending. I need my money back pronto. What do I do?
