My phone keeps vibrating

Hi everyone. This is my first samsung phone and I'm really loving the experience! But my phone keeps on vibrating when I receive a notification even if I already turned it off in settings and from the app settings itself. It really annoys me as I really don't like my phones on vibrate mode. Please help!!

Have you turned off the vibration from the general sound settings?

Yes I did. Under 'system vibration' and vibration intensity. I also turned it off via app (messenger) but it still vibrates whenever I received a notification.

Please open settings, select the app, click on notification and turn it off from there.
