I had purchased a Z flip 5 a week back . And wanted to return the mobile back to online Samsung store but the request has been declined ... I did not use the phone ... sales give promises of giving the returns in 14 days but now I am left without answers..... this is first online store I see this issue with .... i am really disappointed in Samsung online store service ..
But i dont understand, when you purchase the product on other platforms its will allow you for a return in 14 days . What special is there in Samsung online to decline my request I don't understand. Its better to go with other platforms for purchase as it has better return policy . Not like online Samsung. Samsung really has no good after sales services ....😶
I think Samsung online is **bleep** .....I would advise people to buy product from other platforms as atleast when u change your mind you can return the product.... unlike samsung online which does not allow return with in 14 days......this is very disappointing....really
