In october i purchased galaxy flip z 4 in uae

It was a gift for my family member back in india but the phone after 5 months of use is shutting down and can only be used while its on charge.

We reached samsung service centre in india they told it'll cost me 30k inr so its been shipped back to dubai..

I have the bill and purchase date will they resolve this issue for free.
