I have samsung galaxy z flip 3 6 months old. I was very happy to buy this unique phone. But the durability of this phone is very bad as the screen cracked from the crease and the black patch is spreading on the screen like anything. The top half of the screen went dead where as bottom party is working but both the halfs have black patches on the screen.
I have gone to customer care but the consider it my fault as if i have deliberately broked the screen. They didn't considered this under warranty and asked me to pay 30000 INR for new display. I have read many reviews about the same issue i hope someone will assist me how to get the screen fixed.
Last suggestion is please don't buy this phone as it is very bad in durability, screen is very bad and hence customer care will consdier it your fault.
