ringtones and notifications customizing

Why not add a tab in the samsung themes app for downloading and customizing ringtones and notification sounds. There are so few boring and dull  default ringtones and notification sounds available even on the flagships that one has to go for a third party app .

So samsung needs to ponder on this aspect.
