mobile update

I am using Samsung m30s my problem is I am not able to update my mobile, i have downloaded 5-6 times but when installation time comes, it's show "Failed to update software". I have also tried through smart switch but i am not able to download neither from play store nor galaxy store.
Pls try to solve my problem.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

 

Sorry for the inconvience caused to you. kindly follow the below steps to over come from the issue:-
1) Reset the Device:-Settings> General Management> Reset. and check
2) Hard reset:- Tap power button and down volume key simultaneously for ten seconds. ( Note;- Performing hardreset will erase you data so do accordingly).

 

After following the above steps, if issue still persists please share the said details :- IMEI number,Model number, Contact detail and location

I have tried same thing now but it has not been working. I am not even able to update galaxy store apps .
can you pls suggest some solution.
