Usability issue with the app which i purchased from Galaxy store

I have purchased a app name Control center its a edge screen application.
Since I am an ios user I knew how smooth the control center features.
However I don't feel those smoothness/ function not even close to it. 
So I need a reversal for the app which I purchased. 
I tried reaching samsung helpline to assist me on this.
Trust me I have gave a call for this issue for almost 6 times. But I don't get a proper response from helpline.
I am not sure being such a reputed company how can you suppose to be like this.
Also I am using S21 ultra. Top model of Samsung
After seeing this sort of support I wish I can go back to apple itself. They are more gentle and they care for customers

If there is a refund policy on the app, you will get a refund option, otherwise you will not. And whether an app is refundable or not is decided upon by the app developer and not Samsung. You purchased an app from a third party developer, not from Samsung, and its upto that specific developer to honor refund or not. Contact the app developer.
