BOSSS MINE IS A70 WHICH HAS FULL VERSION OF SAMSUNG PAY I AM USING IT SINCE THE DAY IT LAUNCHED IN INDIA...ALSO UPDATED TO THE LATEST VERSION

i have android 10 that's why samsung pay support dark mode. Thank you for letting me know about that. You have to wait on your device to get android 10 then they it can support.
