Samsung Member update info

Samsung member new update with the version 3.8.02.3 supports only on ONE UI 3.1 because It didn't support my A51 which is currently running on ONE UI 3.0, So anyone else facing the same , Can anyone tell me who installed this latest version Smasung member on ONE UI 3.0 ???

3.9.00.9 is the latest update for samsung members today we will got its not 3.1 3.0 my A70 running in 2.5 it supports the latest version
