Does anyone using A52 can conform me that , you are using S Secure on your device. 

I'm not able to use that application.........

If s secure cannot be used , suggest me good app locker.

S secure won't work with new devices with OneUI 3 apparently.
As for third party apps, you can try Norton applock and Kaspersky. They don't have any ads, it's upto your choice whether you like the interface.

If you are Jio user, you can use Jio Security App. It's a good app to lock your important Apps.
