Link to windows

I have galaxy A31 and it supports link to windows feature that has sharing of screen and apps. But it is not working on my device. 

.O again amd again show trying to connect-->allow again and again

so anyone please tell how to troubleshoot

If you want to control your phone from pc, try using Samsung flow.

but what's the problem with link to windows

Even your phone companion app gives trouble when you link your android with your pc for the first time. This maybe a similar bug.
I have never used link to windows anyway.
But Samsung flow does the job for me 😁.
