I keep getting this error when trying to download blue high contrast theme. Anyone have an answer?

THEN TRY AGAIN

TRY TO FIND LINK BUT THERE IS NO OPTION FOR SHARING
I JUST DOWNLOADED THAT THEME

I think some problem with themes
I think clearing data of themes will fix it !
